To Qualify for Sponsorship:

  • Visit Rancho Cordova must be initially sourced in the bidding process
  • Offer valid for NEW business to the Visit Rancho Cordova TBID Market only
  • Online application must be submitted no less than 60 days prior to arrival
  • Event must be held in the fiscal year between July 1 - June 30
  • Event must occupy a minimum of 25 room nights (exclusive of comps)
  • Planner must agree to feature Visit Rancho Cordova in promo materials for event

Hotel Information

Visit Rancho Cordova is fully funded by an overnight assessment of hotel rooms within the Rancho Cordova Travel and Tourism Corp Tourism Business Improvement District. For Visit Rancho Cordova to pay out an incentive, the event planner must only promote hotels in the RCTT TBID. If demand exceeds TBID supply, exceptions will be considered.
